Home care services
Home care services are 26 activities carried out in the home that make everyday life easier for families and provide support for young children, frail, elderly or disabled people. They are defined by the Article D.7231-1 of the French Labour Code.
In order to benefit from the tax and social security advantages offered by the French government, a declaration from the service provider is required for all 26 activities. Approval and authorisation are mandatory for certain activities aimed at vulnerable groups.
Multiservice
A multi-service contractor, commonly known as a ‘jack of all trades’, offers a variety of services in different fields of activity. A multiservice micro-business owner can, in particular, provide services to other professionals.
Multiservice work is generally identified as work that does not fall within the scope of the 26 activities recognised as personal services. It is therefore not eligible for the tax and social security benefits introduced by the French government.

IT assistance is an introduction, commissioning or training in the use of non-professional IT hardware or software, with a view to enabling everyday use. To be considered a personal service, IT assistance must be provided at the customer's home.
Services permitted within the scope of home care services:
– Home computer assistance and repair services;
– Backup and recovery of personal data;
– Repair and troubleshooting of computer equipment at home;
– Delivery, commissioning and installation of computer equipment (computers, peripherals, tablets, etc.) and software at home;
– Installation at home of equipment sent by internet service providers (internet box, Wi-Fi repeater, etc.);
– Introduction to the operation of computer equipment;
– Home maintenance of computer hardware and software.
In addition to installation and maintenance, home IT support also provides an opportunity to learn and train in IT.
It is therefore possible to receive training in the following areas:
– Training in the use of a computer (PC or Mac), tablet or smartphone;
– Training in the use of search engines for the purpose of searching for information or accessing secure websites;
– Training in the use of software or an email system in order to be able to send and receive emails;
– Training in the use of social media to stay in touch with loved ones, reconnect with old friends, or meet people who share the same interests;
– Training in taking photographs and sending them via a smartphone or tablet;
– Training in the use of online public services (taxes, health insurance, etc.);
– Training on how to complete the online Income Tax Return;
– Training in the use of online dating sites;
– Training in posting classified ads on a second-hand sales website;
– Training in placing online orders without risk to personal data;
– Etc.
As part of our home IT support services, we are committed to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding the data we process and to ensuring that it is backed up.
WARNING : All remote activities, sales of hardware or software, and all installations of equipment not connected to the internet (GPS, cameras, etc.) are excluded from personal services and do not qualify for tax benefits.
Home care services are activities carried out in the home and intended to meet the needs of individuals.. Home computer and internet assistance is governed in particular by the Borloo Act and Article 199 sexdecies of the French General Tax Code.

Temporary home vigilance is a service provided on a quote basis (depending on the length of your absence and the frequency of visits). We tailor the service to your requirements and you are free to choose the type of tasks to be performed, the frequency, the time slot and the days of the week.
Our representative is a former real estate professional with experience in property viewings and a keen eye for detail. If necessary, he is fully capable of overseeing your renovation or home improvement projects.
WARNING! Temporary home vigilance is not a security service involving video surveillance, patrols and alarms. It is simply surveillance of your main or secondary residence.

How much does a service cost?
We are unable to offer a single price for our services as they vary greatly from one another. However, we provide a 100% personalised quote based on your needs and the conditions relating to the work to be carried out.
The price of the service is therefore perfectly tailored to each situation, ensuring that you always pay the right price.
How can you benefit from the 50% tax credit?
Our agency, HOMEBEZZIE, has submitted a home care services declaration.
This allows you to benefit from the tax advantage introduced by the French government to facilitate access to personal services for households.
The tax benefit takes the form of an income tax credit equal to 50% of the expenses incurred for personal services, up to a maximum of €12,000 per year, plus €1,500 per household member over the age of 65, without exceeding €15,000. The limit is increased to €20,000 if a member of the household holds a disability card or a mobility inclusion disability card, or receives a third-category disability pension.
We will send you a tax certificate during the first quarter of each year summarising all the amounts paid during the previous year. You can then report this amount in your income tax return. and benefit from the tax deduction.The tax credit is deducted from the amount of tax due. If the amount of your tax credit exceeds the amount of your income tax, you will be refunded the surplus or the total amount (if you are not liable for tax) by the tax authorities.
What is the scope of HOMEBEZZIE's services?
We mainly operate in the municipalities of Hourtin, Naujac-sur-Mer, Lesparre-Médoc, Gaillan-en-Médoc, Vendays-Montalivet, Carcans, and Lacanau.
However, depending on the type of service, we can operate from the Gironde Estuary to the Arcachon Basin.
Is it possible to set the schedule and frequency of services?
Yes, as far as possible.
We do our utmost to tailor our personal services to the wishes of each individual customer.
Please note: Gardening work may be postponed depending on weather conditions.
Is it possible to pay with French universal service vouchers (CESU)?
Yes, we accept pre-financed CESU vouchers for all the home care services we offer.
